Delivery

Standard UK delivery - £5.00 - Please allow 3 working days

Please note that orders for delivery outside of the UK may incur import duties or other taxes.  We (YAA YAA LONDON Limited) are not liable for these and they will need to be paid for by you, the customer.

Ireland delivery (Non-UK) - £12.00 - Please allow up to 7 working days 

Worldwide delivery £30.00 - Please allow up to 10-12 working days 

Return

Please return any unwanted items apart from earrings within 20 days (under current conditions).  Returned items must be unworn. 

  • Please email customercare@yaayaalondon.com for a returns form.
  • The cost of the returns must be paid by the customer – please select a service which does not require signature
  • Please make sure that you include all details including your name, order number, the item(s) you are returning and your reason(s) for return.
  • Enclose your returns form with the item(s) and package your returns securely – It is best to use original packaging wherever possible.
  • Take your parcel to any Post Office counter service.
  • Always ask for free proof of postage / certificate of postage from the Post Office
  • You must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to YAA YAA LONDON.  Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your refund.

Please  email  customercare@yaayaalondon.com with your name and order number if you need a returns form. You can submit these details via our contact form if you prefer.  Please kindly include your order number.  Thank you. 

In order for your returns to be processed promptly, please enclose your completed returns form and order number.   Please allow up to 14 working days for your return to be processed.
