Returns Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you’re not, you can return any unwanted items — except earrings — within 14 days of receipt.

Returns Conditions:

Returned items must be unworn.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please use a non-signed for service.

Always request and keep a free certificate of postage from the Post Office in case your parcel is lost in transit. We are unable to process refunds for items not received back without proof of postage.

To Return an Item:

• Clearly include your name, order number, the item(s) you are
  returning, and the reason for return.
• Securely package the item(s), ideally using the original packaging.
• Enclose the completed returns form in your parcel.

Take your parcel to a Post Office counter service and obtain a proof of postage.

Please allow up to 14 working days for your return to be processed after it is received.
